	Welcome to Vortex FX support page these are the question that get asked the most if your think your question is not answered then please by all mean contact me to ask im more than happy to answer any of you querys, better still if you think your question should be on here for others fill in this form ( Click me ) and once approved your question will be listed on this page for anybody else that may have that question as well. 	Question : How would I begin the process of getting a web site from you? Contact us for an initial quote via e-mail or filling out the online form explaining roughly what it is you are looking for. If you are not sure of what it is you want and would like some guidance then just e-mail us and ask .We are happy to help!


	Question : How long does it take to build a web site? This depends on what it is you want your web site to do! If its a standard html 3-4 page then this could take less than a week to build.


	Question : Is there any obligation when getting a quote? There is NO obligation when receiving your quote!

	Question : What's the process once i have e-mail you?


	1st Stage : Once you have contacted us we will get back to you and discuss in a little more detail about your requirements and prepare a quote. If you are happy for us to continue with the design we will then create a template of your sites layout in one image for you to view and make comments accordingly...


	2nd Stage :Once you are happy with the initial template we will then create your personal template (We also will need a deposit of 25% of the total value of your design at this stage.)


	3rd Stage : When the template are live, We will show you the live previewn (You can then see how the web site will work and make comments accordingly, we can then change, modify anything you are not 100% satified with)


	4th Stage :We will make the website live on your web server then invioce you for the total remianing amount.


	Question : What is a domain and web server? A domain is an address i.e. www.your-domain.com www.your-domain.co.uk The web server is a computer were your web site stays. A domain typically cost around £10 for a year or maybe two depending on domain A web server can cost about £45 a yearBoth of these need to be renewed every quota otherwise you may lose your web site


	Question :Any suggestion on were i can buy/host my domain and web site? You can buy and host your web site and domain with VortexFx, the cost will be added onto your bill.
